=C2=A0 - Fixed a memory leak in WIN32 logging subsystem.
=C2=A0 - Allow for zero value (ignored) TLS options.
=C2=A0 - Partially refactored configuration file parsing

=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0 bugfixes.
* Caveats
=C2=A0 - We removed FIPS support from our standard builds.
