​I don't run Solaris, so I can only assume you have a stunnel.conf file in
/etc/stunnel or in /etc location. Edit that location and change:

sslVersion = TLSv1
options = NO_SSLv2
options = NO_SSLv3

to:

sslVersion = TLSv1.2
options = NO_SSLv2
options = NO_SSLv3
