Cannot stop pcs cluster service when stunnel server process start

Dear Support,

For captioned, I adopted stunnel server and client socket protection in pcs
cluster. I want to stop pacemaker cluster service by command "pcs cluster
stop --all" and stop master node in master node servet but the down process
is hang up when stunnel server process started, could you help to tell me
what's problem and how to fix this problem?
