I have released version 5.73 of stunnel.

* Security bugfixes
 =C2=A0 - OpenSSL DLLs updated to version 3.3.2.
 =C2=A0 - OpenSSL FIPS Provider updated to version 3.0.9.
* Bugfixes
 =C2=A0 - Fixed a memory leak while reloading stunnel.conf
 =C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0 sections with "client=3Dyes" and "delay=3Dno".
 =C2=A0 - Fixed TIMEOUTocsp with values greater than 4.
 =C2=A0 - Fix the IPv6 test on a non-IPv6 machine.
* Features
 =C2=A0 - HELO replaced with EHLO in the post-STARTTLS SMTP
 =C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0 protocol negotiation (thx to Peter Pentchev).
