Really?  Are there web servers that can't handle larger filenames?
It's been so long since I've had to think about that problem that I
assumed we were well past it.

Did the unnamed suggestors happen to name a piece of software that's
afflicted by this disease?  I'm not saying they're lying.  I'm just a
bit surprised and skeptical.
