Which one?  C'mon, out 'em and then we can get into a discussion on where the
state of the art is on indicating scheduling structures.

Indeed, this is why I strive to get reader developers to avoid using defaults
less than 60 minutes and popping up annoying warning dialog boxes if the users
tries to override it.

Perhaps would should setup an IP blacklisting service that shares them?  It's be
a cinch to make that happen on the fixed urls too!  Evil, but easy.  Combine
that with picking up the IP addresses from inbound spam e-mail and you'd really
be able to cut them off from all sorts of angles.
