RSS and Outlook

Hi

does anyone have or know of a website that explains in very easy 
terms how I can read RSS feeds in various versions of Microsoft 
Outlook and Outlook Express.

I'm currently in the process of writing a brief non-technical help 
page for users of our planned RSS service and would like to give them 
all the help they can from the start.

Also, can anyone recommend a list free and easy to use RSS readers.

Finally, can you setup email accounts like Hotmail and Yahoo to read 
RSS feeds or is this just a ridiculous proposition.


If any of these questions sound a bit basic, that's because they 
are.  I'm knew to the field but become more interested by the day.
