RSS Google News and Usenet ?

Just received this. Can anyone help?

I'm reminded again that Google only has the one API for the one 
service[1] and no meta feeds for any of them. An API for images, groups 
and froogle would be *so* useful.

[1]Ignoring Blogger for the moment which I still don't think of as a 
Google property.
