Re: feed compression

If you want to cache negotiated content, it's a concern; however, the 
overall benefits of compression to the network makes it worthwhile, 
IMO. Get your ISP to upgrade if they still use a Squid that's that old.

for Perl, Python and PHP with a one-line include.
