Recently i wrote a module for RSS 1.0 enclosures which can be found at
http://purl.oclc.org/net/rss_2.0/enc. This module doesn't attempt to
extend the enclosures specification as i think that RDF already has
quite a rich set of modules for this purpose. I initially intended it
for straight translation of rss 2.0 enclosures into rss 1.0 via the
rss-tag-soup parser so i could use the general RDF querying languages
to extract relevant information. Thanks to Dave Beckett merging my
adapted rss-tag-soup into the cvs this functionality is now readily
available in the lates Raptor release.
