We will work on RDF definition for RSS 1.0. I will send updated proposal shortly. Please let me know if there is anything else needs to be clarified/corrected. We are trying to engage interested parties here to make this into community effort. There are some comments on this proposal at 'audvidsyn' mailing list, but apparently people there are most interested in of audio/video-specific metadata. We are trying to avoid making enclosure syntax specific to audio/video: why can't it be used in future for example to distribute software updates or any other data? Besides we do not feel that we are capable to include about all possible audio/video presentation information in scope of this proposal. So we just allow people to include such presentation information in any format (SMIL, playlist, etc.) as one of enclosures, and reference others, pointing to actual audio/video data from it (like it is done for MMS).
