Not likely in this lifetime Paul. Those that develop the 
canonical works are many. Each classification is a tome unto itself 
which would require many DVDs for just a smattering of what is
available. NAICS [1] as a categorical descriptor is a simple example.
May as well ask for dc:libraryofcongress.
