I will answer your question in detail later today, but before
doing that I would like to point out that we've seen Ian and Suzan
proposals and ours in part is based on ideas from them. Also I am
gooing to looks at Reto's "attachements". I will include links to
their work in the next revision of the document. I am just trying to
formalize ideas floating around and finally have good definition of
enclosures covering both RSS 1.0 and 2.0.
