Error in RSS 1.0 Content Module?

The description of content:encoding in the Content module at
http://web.resource.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/ contains a
description of what is said to be well-formed XML.

To my eye the supposed well-formed XML is not, in fact, well-formed. I
am assuming that the content of the &lt;rdf:value&gt; element is
supposed to be well-formed (i.e. that the start and end tags of the
containing &lt;rdf:value&gt; element is disregarded for purposes of
deciding on well-formedness).

There is also a typo in the content:encoding section. Replace
"reversable" with "reversible".
