I've been observing much discussion about the efficiencies of syndicating
content and while I'm starting to feel comfortable with what I believe is a
good understanding of the big picture there continues to be scant
information in several critical contexts for me to refer to that document
the methodologies that if I -- or any others -- were to adopt could
effectively change on a broader and more timely basis the efficiencies and
quality concerns that continue to persist.

For the time being and without further information available to me as a
developer with growing skills and interest in syndication I am compelled to
conclude that until there is sufficient information made known regarding how
to explicitly accomplish the technical goals we would all like to achieve
the compromise of efficient operations and poor quality will persist. Using
myself as an example I ask how could I possible know how to resolve what I
don't yet know?

It is not sufficient for those who already understand how to do so to point
to others and assert "he's a programmer and he's supposed to know how to do
this stuff."
