Ok Stephen, I'll take your LOM and raise you a SKOS ;-)

I'm sure I've mentioned the first part of this on list before, but
Morten's FOAF Output plugin for WordPress automatically generates a
SKOS ontology based on the category tags you use on your site. To this
he recently added the facility to generate an image like Flickr's with
the size of each tag word being displayed proportional to the number
of times used.

In the RSS feed each item gets something like:

<dc:subject rdf:resource="http://www.wasab.dk/morten/blog/archives/author/mortenf/skos.rdf#c31"/>

and within http://www.wasab.dk/morten/blog/archives/author/mortenf/skos.rdf
there will be something like:

<Concept rdf:about="#c31">
	<dc:identifier>31</dc:identifier>
	<prefLabel>Humour</prefLabel>
	<rdfs:label>Humour</rdfs:label>
	<inScheme rdf:resource="#scheme"/>
	<broader rdf:resource="#c1"/>
</Concept>

Repeat - all this happens automatically, after (easy) installation,
all the blogger has to do is tick the "Category: Humour" box as they
would normally.
