del.icio.us actually does 2 things.  They use the taxo namespace, and
they provide a space delimited list of subjects in the dc:subject tag,
e.g.

<dc:subject>tags folksonomy</dc:subject>

Ugly, but my survey says that more people are actually using this,
then the taxo topics (partially because very few of the toolkits
support parsing taxo)
