Thank you for your response Cecelia. I apologize -- to all -- 
for the terse commentary as of late. I am simply trying to get 
too much done and haven't made time to write expressively. 

I appreciate the many resources you provided. David Beckett's 
collection is amazing but does not to my knowledge include much 
of what I need in the context I need. That is, documented 
references that use the .NET Framework (DNF) to develop a 
server-side aggregation model of the sort developed by Syndic8 
and 2RSS. For those interested I've discovered RSS.NET [1] 
which seems to be Redland expressed via the DNF but much is left
to be learned in the context of hosting channels and feeds.

Meanwhile, I am sure others find themselves thinking of what the
following expression written but a scant few months ago conveys...
