I would like to propose that we officially deprecate the RSS Link
module.

The original design rationale for RSS Link is here,
    http://groups.yahoo.com/group/rss-dev/message/4317

Aaron Swartz' concise deconstruction of this design is here,
    http://groups.yahoo.com/group/rss-dev/message/4325

And the woefully inadequate response in support of the design is here,
    http://groups.yahoo.com/group/rss-dev/message/4354

The gist is that RDF is *all about links*, it does not require burying
the semantics of a link in a layer over RDF.
