Thanks for the ongoing comments everyone. We're simmering all the
feedback into a new draft, which we think will answer most concerns.
Expect it Monday, hopefully. A few comments to Reto's though:

Wrong: elements inherit xml:lang from their parents, so it's valid at
any point in the tree. Try it in the RDF Validator [1].

Thanks; we'll fix this.

It's a primary title, so that user agents don't have to choose between
them. You can use dc:title for alternatives. As Chris said elsewhere:
There's also the fact that most feeds simply don't have a need for
metadata to be used in this way: they have seperate RSS feeds for
different language. Tools don't expect the RDF way of doing things -
they want one title, not 4.
