Summary: expect mappings from RSS 1.0 to RSS 1.1, as popularly
requested, in the next draft (which'll hopefully be on Monday).

You have this the wrong way around. OWL Full is *harder* to implement
than OWL DL since Full isn't decidable and DL is. So therefore you can
use off-the-shelf tools with DL, but you'll never see a tool claiming
implementation of OWL Full (except a syntax checker).

And if you really want to talk to me about pragmatism, I think you
should be talking about XSLT instead of RDF anyway. I've written a
couple of RDF rule-engines, and yet I still do RSS 1.0 -> RSS 1.1
transformations using XSLT, because it's the lowest cost solution.

In any case, since mappings are now a heavily requested feature, we'll
seek to make them available in the specification informatively. Expect
the normative ontology to be in either DL or Lite, too.

Right. The more the merrier! :-)
