In this case, the enclosures are both over 800,000 bytes in length
and
one type is audio/mpeg, the other is application/ogg.
I assume they are meant as alternatives, not intended to both be
downloaded.
In a sample size of one, this demonstrates an excellent use of
multiple enclosures: specifying a set of alternative media types for
one "object".
Any specification that allows multiple enclosures should be able to
specify whether the enclosures are meant to be alternatives or
additives. Ideally, a combination of both in multiple groups.
