We support more formats (FOAF, Changes.xml, HTML indexing, XFN, OPML), 
an event API, a network API with ETags, etc as well as autodiscovery.

Rome and FeedParser are talking about working together btw.  So the 
projects might merge but I think first I have to get the speed up so 
they can build on top of the FeedParser without a performance penalty.

We've met the Rome developers and they're hardly Sun clones ;).  Its 
hard to tell though from all those java.net projects. I'd prefer to work 
in Apache as well.
