DOAML and RSS

Hi everyone,

I created the DOAML ontology (http://www.doaml.net/) a little while ago, 
and links between it and RSS immediately seemed obvious to me.

Since RSS allows extension by modules, here is my (modest) module 
proposal: DOAML RSS module 
(http://www.doaml.net/specifications/rss-module). I do not exactly what 
is the process for such modules to be proposed, but I can 
repackage/rewrite/restyle it the way that best suits you :) I will also 
warmly welcome comments on its contents!
