Yahoo media RSS is the remaining candidate:

That would need to be finalized and ported to RDF.  However it would come 
with a sizable commitment from Y!, meaning a user base, and a committed 
developer group in-house at Yahoo.

For my money, the biggest problem with MRSS is the relative lack of 
openness.  It needs to belong to an outside group for me to be 
comfortable.
