There's no development required; there are loads of sites that will
generate the requisite Javascript fragment for you.

Easy script. Google for "Javascript RSS". Youy should find what you want
in the first page of results.

Not a handful, but not that many. But you don't need to be "geared up" -
it's not hard.

IFRAME is crap, because it's Microsoft only. Internet Explorer is on its
last legs, and IE-specific features are fucked up. IFRAME is also a
serious security problem, and my browsers don't permit that tag. Don't
use it.
