My company, Cox Target Media, home of www.valpak.com, has a project
underway to create dynamic RSS 2.0 feeds of our content and enable the
user to add the URL to Yahoo's publisher's database via the MyYahoo
button. Things are working as advertised when the URI resource of our
URL is a static xml file, see example #1 below. But, when the URL is a
request to our server for a dynamically created XML feed, see #2 below,
things go south. The request never reaches our action to generate the
XML . This happens whether we paste the URL on the MyYahoo site using
the Add RSS URL link or the auto Add To My Yahoo button on our site.
Thoughts or experiences?
