web aggregators with OPML output

Quick question: Does anyone know of any web RSS aggregators, where you 
can view somebody else's feed list and which export OPML?

I feel like MyYahoo ought to do this but I can't see either somebody 
else's feed list or any OPML. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough.
