The obvious way to do this properly, other than your namespace
suggestion, is (in Atom at least) through a new <atom:link
rel="payment"> element.  Much cleaner than the RSS reader just getting a
blob of HTML IMHO.

Would I use this?  It's certainly an interesting idea.  My commercial
feeds [1] give information about products on sale, and link to an
information page through which you can purchase the item.  So I could
use rel="payment" to link directly to the start of the buy-process
rather than to the information page.  This is probably not quite what
you had in mind (the feed is free; the described item is non-free) but
it's certainly an interesting idea.
