Crossing over from the feedvalidator.org mailing list [1], any opinions
on the legality of having <items> include URIs that don't match any
<item>? Since the spec explicitly says that <item>s which doesn't show
up in <items> "are likely to be discarded by RDF parsers" that pretty
clearly should be a warning (but not an error), but is the reverse case
an error, cause for a warning, or perfectly legal?
