There are a couple of other things I forgot to mention. You should remind 
people to tell you what version of an aggregator they're using since bugs 
are often fixed and/or introduced in later versions. Also, you should 
probably ask people what style they're using for aggregators that support 
multiple styles - that can sometimes affect how the content is displayed 
too.

Also, for multi-pane aggregators that have a message list like an email 
client, it's fairly common for the message list to display titles 
differently to how they'll appear in the full view of the message (or the 
"river of news" view if they have that as an option). Testers should make 
sure the title displays correctly *everywhere* before assuming it's actually 
working.

I'm not sure about blogging systems, but I guess if you've installed a 
particular blogging system on your server, it'll be important to know what 
version you're using. Also, is it not common for people to install templates 
in some of these systems? If so, you'll probably want to know what template 
they're using too.

You may want to consider giving people some kind of form to fill in. Doesn't 
need to be an actual web form - just something that'll force them to give 
back the information you need in a manner that will be clear. For example:

Aggregator Name:
Aggregator Version:
Aggregator Style (if applicable):

(For each field listed below, please fill in exactly what you see in your 
aggregator. If the item title is displayed differently in different views in 
the aggregator, please list all of them.)

Test1 Channel Title:
Test1 Channel Description:
Test1 Item Title:
Test1 Item Description:
etc.
