Ok .... Now can we have a best practices profile suggestion for the
following use case.  A web site, like fastblogit.com, allows people to type
in any URL and then grabs the title from the web page and publishes it in
our feed.  So here we are at the mercy of whatever happens on the wild web.
So if we find a strange character out there in somebody's title, what should
we do with it in a practical sense?  ... an exact algorithm would be nice.
