FeedDemon 2.5 *should* already be treating titles as plain text - if
not, then it's a bug that I need to fix.

Our goal is to have all of our products display feeds the same way (ie:
correctly). I realize we're still a long way from that goal, but I do
believe we've gotten better over time (and the existence of the "best
practices" document will certainly help us along).
