That's part of the problem. The other problem is that the stylesheet doesn't 
exist. Obviously IE6 doesn't have any built-in support for RSS, so if you 
want the feed to display as something pretty you're going to have a valid 
stylesheet and use a content-type of text/rss or application/rss.

Otherwise you can use a content-type of application/rss+xml and let the 
user's default RSS reader handle the file. However, for that to work you'd 
also need an atom:link in the feed. You can read up on how to do that here:
