[off-topic] Review OPML 2.0 spec

I'm wanting to get a solid review of the OPML 2.0 spec prior to
freezing it. Not looking to change the format itself, to add or remove
elements, or redefine stuff, just looking for problems in the spec
itself, at this late date.

The draft spec has been up for over a year.

I'd like to invite the people on this list who like OPML or can
restrain themselves from saying it "sucks goat dicks" and the like, to
have a look, and let me know if you spot any problems. :-)
