RSS Advisory Board intend to set up an official organisation/consortium?

Not one to question the AB or to be seen to undermine the its present
significance, but, given the proliferation of RSS, I was wondering if
the Board intends to set up an official organisation/consortium in a
similar vein to XBRL International and RIXML.org.
