Best place to validate feeds and title question

Hi,

I'm looking for the best feed validator resource - in other words, if a
feed's syntax is correct.   I've been using http://feedvalidator.org/
and wanted the group's opinion if this is the best one or if I should
use others.

I am running into a weird problem where my feed is loading correctly,
but the individual posts are not coming through.  I'm definitely a
newbie at this, so I'm sure it's user error on my part and wanted to see
if anyone had run into this before.
