Theoretically?  Sure.

Question: can you cite even a single example in the wild?

The latter question is relevant because I believe that the rationale 
behind James's existing parsing logic is not based on theoretical 
correctness, but rather on a belief that he can get better average 
results by ignoring certain aspects of the profile.
