Fixed.  And thanks for the comments[1] so far on the "orange" items on 
my list.  Initial implementation of all of the "yellow" items is now 
complete and deployed on beta.feedvalidator.org.

I've also reran the rssblogroll and techmemelb lists, identifying which 
ones would see messages related to the profile requirements implemented 
so far:
