Dave,
Nearly two years ago when we kicked off this process, you and I were 
both concerned that it might be over-stretching as it was attempting to 
write a new version of the spec. I thought you recommended that we 
create an RSS profile instead and I agreed and convinced the board to 
move in that direction. That's what we did. I'm not getting this.
