I previously would have thought so, but another possibility now occurs 
to me: namely the possibility that this group won't stand behind its own 
recommendations.  The fact that the majority of the remaining RSS 
Advisory Board members do not follow their own recommendation is but one 
indicator that this is the case.  The fact that I have only heard 
silence or criticism (in one case, constructive, in the other, 
considerably less so) from RSS Board members other than yourself does 
not exactly inspire confidence.

The attached patch will eliminate these messages from ever showing up on 
the results webpage.  It has yet to be committed to svn, much less deployed.
