Extending the mrss specification for compound podcasts

I'm the creator of a monthly podcast playing a chart show of Creative
Commons licensed tracks. I'd like to be able to more accurately
describe the content of the podcast, and I initially considered using
the media:scene elements of the MRSS spec, but I need to tailor the
contents slightly to provide more specific details.

As such, I've started to draw up some modifications, it's not a formal
spec, and certainly isn't anywhere near writing up as an amendment or
replacement for MRSS, but I'd like to see what people's opinions are
of the proposed amendments.

Notice that <media:content> is mostly replaced by <media:fullwork>
(allowing some degree of differentiation between the MRSS and MRSS+
specifications) and that a sub-element of the <media:fullwork> is a
<media:partwork> which is loosely comparable to the <media:scene>
element, but that contains many of the elements contained within the
media:fullwork (or media:content) elements, in order to more
accurately describe the content of that section of the programme.
