TightVNC Window 10: Installation of programs with administrator rights

Hallo i have a problem when installing programs on the Windows 10 computer: If the administrator password is required, the VNC-connection is canceled. When the connection is restored, i can see the started program, but i can not make any inputs (neither keyboard nor mouse). The configuration is: Remote computer with Window 10, is the TightVNC server. The server starts the connection. On my site linux with "vncviewer -listen" Which settings are required to prevent the connection from being canceled?
