Improve quality connection

Hello, I just installed the TightVNC 2.8.8 Server program on a Windows 7 x64 machine. I'm connected to him with the TightVNC Viewer same version program. I want to improve the quality of the connection, as when I open a folder inside the Explorer program, some elements aren't shown until I move the mouse over them. How I have to configure the Server and the Viewer to improve the quality of the connection?
