brief pixelization on window open/close with new graphics card

I just installed an EVGA 1050ti graphics card on the win 10 system I remote to. Since then, when I tightvnc into this system, any windows I open will display a junk pixelized window (maybe 1/10 th of a second) where the window will open. This did not occur before I installed this new graphics card. I've been using tightvnc for some time now, to remote into a windows 10 system. Coming from 2.7.10 tightvnc on windows 7, to the 2.8.2 on windows 10. Before this new card, I would use the built in graphics of my core i5 chip. Is there a setting that I need to look at? Or is this a small bug or something else.
