Option "Blank screen on client connections" in version 2.8.11

Is the option: "Blank screen on client connections". When set and new client connects, the server's monitor is forced to go to power saving mode. As mentioned in https://www.tightvnc.com/whatsnew.php for version 1.3dev6 still available in latest version 2.8.11, and if so where do I find it?
