There is no mapping for drives or printers builtin to TightVNC.

You have Keyboard, Video, and Mouse.  

Most of the time, you also have access to the clipboard.

Version 2.8.23 for Windows does have a file transfer option, I have never
used it.

You need a different utility to map drives and/or printers unless you are
connected via VPN or on same network, then you can map drives and/or
printers.
