Need more info. When you say they're both on the same network, are they
both on the WiFi segment, or is one on WiFi and the other on a wired
network. If the former, you need nothing more. If the latter, you
actually have two different network segments, and will likely need to
set up the WiFi router to accept a connection from the WAN segment and
forward it to the WiFi segment. Do not do that unless there is also a
physical firewall sitting between your network(s) and your Internet
provider. Something like pfSense or OPNsense on a dual-port PC. To do
otherwise will put your phone display directly on the Internet and open
you up to a lot of pain and suffering.

By the way, I recommend these three steps to set up a WiFi network.

1. Turn off SSID broadcasts.
2. Change the SSID to something at least 24 characters long, like
'AlicesRestaurantGlossies'.
3. Add a Password at least 36 characters long, such as
'TheQuickBrownFoxJumpedOverTheLazyDog'.

These simple steps will isolate you from the drive-up script kiddies and
casual WiFi thieves. 60 characters is a lot of guessing just to break
in, and most folks will give up and go look for an easier target. If you
have a dual band router, make sure to do all three steps on both bands.
