Anyway to "wake up" a "sleeping" Win10 PC with TightVNC?

At Location 1...Instead of turning off the Win10Pro PC it is just put to sleep via clicking...Start > Power > Sleepit saves on power and wakes up easy by clicking Esc and/or moving the Mouse. At Location 2I try to connect to it using TightVNC and get... either a message that it can't connect... or..."The Connection has been gracefully closed"or...nothing The system is working as I can connect to another PC at the same location that is always left on...
