Start winvnc first time with preset password

Hi Are there a way to start winvnc for the first time where the password can be set with a config file or something like that. I have tried to see if winvnc stores a password in registry but cannot find it the normal place. I need to boot a WinPE so I can remotely control it so I need the password to be preset. Any ideas?
